CONTINENTAL BEDS

  

 

 

 

The continental bed has a unique structure consisting of a very durable base on a solid wood frame and several high-quality mattresses with a varied internal structure. These beds are higher than classic bedroom beds, and the top mattress, depending on the composition, is about 50-70 cm high. BOX STANDARD

  

The first element of a continental bed is a hard and rigid base made of solid wood, capable of withstanding very heavy weights and overloads. As a rule, it is supported on 4 steel or wooden legs, two of which can be equipped with wheels with a brake. In the basic version, it is finishedfrom the top with a 5 cm layer of foam with increased hardness.

BOX PREMIUM

 

In the more comfortable version, it includes a spring bonell mattress. Both versions of the base ensure a solid support and stability of the entire structure, and the mattresses lying on them do not collapse under the weight of the sleeping person, thus ensuring the correct figure during sleep. In a better version, the use of a bonell mattress in the base structure increases the flexibility of the bed, and the weight of the sleeping person is evenly distributed. This prevents deformation and increases the strength of each continental bed.

A central main mattress in several standards plays a key role in the design of the hotel's continental bed. In continental beds, the main mattresses in the basic version are double-sided structures built on a net of over one hundred bonell springs. The mattresses of a higher standard use carefully selected multilayer constructions ensuring very high sleeping comfort, hardness, durability and adequate air circulation, thanks to which the mattresses remain dry and clean for a long period of use. Top-class mattresses are based on multipocket pocket spring systems with different hardness zones, the number of which in the most exclusive versions exceeds 500 pieces per m2. In addition, the outer layers of such mattresses include highly flexible foams and felt, coconut and latex inserts to ensure even greater sleeping comfort.

 

 

BONELL

 

The cheapest and most basic solution to build a continental bed. A set of perfectly selected products that create perfect and economical equipment for hotel facilities that want to provide their customers with standard sleeping comfort. Double-sided, durable mattress on a bonell spring. Good air circulation inside the system ensures adequate ventilation. 4-coil spring, 112 springs / m2. The insert is covered on both sides with felt and polyurethane foam.

MULTIPOCKET LATEX

 

A very comfortable mattress on a multipocket pocket spring with 7 hardness zones, high point elasticity and different hardness zones as well as a large number of springs per m2 guarantee proper support for the spine, ensuring good and deep sleep. This extremely comfortable mattress has a sheet of elastic latex on one side and a durable, highly elastic foam on the other. Multipocket spring, 7 zones, 508 springs per m2. Wire diameter 1.5mm. The construction includes high-resilience HR 35 foam, 4 cm high, and T25 polyurethane foam, 1 cm high, combined with a 3 cm high profiled latex plate. Height approx. 22 cm.

SURFACE MATTRESSES:

 

The last layer in combination with the other mattresses plays an important role in increasing the sense of comfort. Made of velvet foam, it is pleasant to the touch and hugs the body snugly while sleeping. Three continental mattresses, when placed on top of each other, will provide a softness that cannot be achieved by sleeping on one single mattress. A thin topper may be particularly desirable in double beds made of two "ones". In this case, the surface mattress will cover the gap between the mattresses and allow couples to sleep freely.

 

  

PLUS

 

A mattress topper of a higher standard provides additional comfort and hygiene. It can be used with any other mattress, in particular as part of a continental bed of a higher standard.
